Indie Music Grabs 32.6% Of U.S. Album Sales In 2012

As you can see, its another big win for indie record labels. These two charts respectively show the slow, but steady growth of indie labels from 2011 to 2012. Indie labels are beginning to control more and more of the market. My guess is those 360 deals are driving artist away from the traditional major label opportunities.
